Senior ERP Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Odoo Consultant to join our team and help us build, customise, and optimise ERP solutions across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable Odoo solutions
• Configure, customize, and implement Odoo modules based on business needs
• Work on modules related to Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Operations, and Workflow Automation
• Lead end-to-end Odoo implementation projects
• Identify process gaps and recommend ERP-driven solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams for custom development and third-party integrations
• Handle data migration, system configuration, testing, and deployment
• Train internal teams and provide post-implementation support
• Ensure smooth integration between Odoo and external systems/APIs

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience working with Odoo ERP
• Strong knowledge of Odoo modules and business workflows
• Experience in ERP implementation, customization, and consulting
• Strong understanding of CRM, Finance, Sales, Inventory, and Operations workflows
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with multi-business or multi-product organizations
• Experience in process automation and workflow optimization
• Previous experience in leading ERP transformation projects
